01 · Our story
Lustera was created for homeowners who have invested in exceptional homes and expect the same standard from the people who care for them.
A renovation is not finished when the last trade packs up. It is finished when every surface is clean, every fixture shines and the home feels ready to live in. That final step is our work.
Today we care for apartments, brownstones and estates in New York, Connecticut, the Hamptons, California and South Florida.
02 · The Lustera Standard
We work quietly in private homes and treat every residence, and every client, with complete confidentiality.
Stone, wood, metal and plaster each need a different touch. We match the method to the material.
We plan around your contractor, designer and move-in date so the home is ready when you are.
No home is handed back until a supervisor has walked every room against our checklist.

03 · Our team
Each home is assigned a project lead and a dedicated crew who stay with it from the first visit to the final walkthrough. Our people are trained in fine materials, background checked, insured, and comfortable working around designers, contractors and household staff.
04 · Quality & project management
We walk the home, note every finish and agree the scope in writing.
Work is timed around trades, deliveries, building rules and your move-in date.
Teams clean top to bottom in passes, so settling dust never undoes finished work.
A supervisor inspects room by room, then walks the home with you or your representative.
05 · Surface & material care

Marble, limestone and onyx cleaned with pH-neutral products, never acids or abrasives.
Oiled, lacquered and waxed floors and panelling treated by finish type.
Unlacquered brass, nickel and bronze polished or left to patina, as you prefer.
Streak-free glass, with construction film, paint flecks and labels removed safely.
Venetian plaster, limewash and fresh paint dusted without marking or burnishing.
Upholstery, drapery and rugs vacuumed with soft tools and protected during work.
By private arrangement
